Supply of Software

Following the preparation and signing of contracts the software, control hasps and manuals are prepared and supplied. Where users will install the software themselves comprehensive instructions are included.

Training and Installation

Training is strongly recommended and is generally carried out on customers sites so that all interfaces to CAD systems can be explained and tested. Where training is requested on site, the software will be installed by the trainer prior to training commencing.

Training however can also be carried out at offices in Russia or UK . As part of the training customers data in terms of available forging materials and forging plant can be set up. Whilst training courses may vary for 2D users at least 2 days training is recommended for 3D users the basic course is 3 days. Up to 3 users may attend any training session.
